L'Enclume located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District has been awarded 3 Michelin stars, 1 Michelin Green star, 5AA Rosettes and voted #2 restaurant in the world by La Liste 2026. We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via our carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and for Lunch - Friday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role will be responsible for running a section overseeing the daily preparation and service of food, whilst overseeing junior chefs and always ensuring that the highest standards are maintained.
We are keen to hear from applicants with experience in similar high-quality establishments, a passion for food, quality ingredients and a drive to develop themselves and their careers further.
