Our UK operations include 3 Michelin starred L'Enclume, 1 Michelin starred Rogan and Co, Aulis, London and Skof and 3AA Rosette Henrock, Our Farm, Home by Simon Rogan, Our Shop and L'Enclume House. We are now seeking an experienced Recruitment & Learning and Development Manager to lead our talent strategy and shape exceptional employee experiences across the group.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Recruitment strategy & talent acquisition across all Umbel UK outlets
- Development of employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Ensure workforce structure aligns with operational needs (with HR & Payroll Manager)
- Maintain full compliance throughout recruitment and onboarding processes
- Learning, Development & Mandatory Training
- Mandatory training & L&D compliance across the group
- Oversight of Academy by Simon Rogan and apprenticeship programme
- Development of retention initiatives
- Stages, Culture & Onboarding Experience
- Ownership of the stagiaire programme including recruitment, onboarding, support, and cultural integration
- Deliver exceptional welcome, induction and day-one experience for all new starters
- Staff Accommodation
- Coordinate accommodation allocations and ensure positive arrival experience
- Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and maintained to the highest standards
- Ensure compliance of all accommodation
