Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, United Kingdom, takes to the rails from July 4, 2025. Paying homage to the British tradition of touring, the train celebrates all that is intriguing, quirky and quintessential about the UK. Three- and six-night journeys take in the illustrious landscapes and vibrant cities of Cornwall, the Lake District and Wales. On board, guests enjoy menus designed by chef Simon Rogan, a Bar, Observation Car and Wellness Suite.
As a Food & Beverage Steward at the British Pullman, a Belmond Train, you are part of a team responsible for providing an exceptional food and beverage service to all our guests. In this role, you will ensure that all areas are well maintained and provide outstanding customer service. Primary Responsibilities Include:- Preparation of the restaurant cars and its related areas to ensure smooth-running operations
- Responsible for the wellbeing and safety of your allocated car and passengers
- Assist with depot, Victoria Lounge and departure point operations
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Ensure you have a full knowledge of onboard menus, boutique items and the areas in which the British Pullman operates
- Acknowledge and handle any passenger requests; whether dietary, medical or special occasion requests
Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hospitality industry.
