Since opening in May 2024, Skof has earned a Michelin Star, been named Best New Restaurant at the Good Food Guide Awards 2025, won Newcomer of the Year at the Manchester Food and Drink Awards (where Tom was also named Chef of the Year), and secured the highest new entry in Square Meal's Top 100 Restaurants for 2025 at number 8.
Our menus are based on world-class ingredients, exceptional skill, excellence and simplicity.
We are open for dinner on Wednesdays, and for lunch and dinner on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
We are closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays.
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Working closely with our Restaurant Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.**Key responsibilities include:*** Deputising for the Restaurant Manager in their absence* Delivering an exceptional guest experience* Inspiring and leading our front-of-house team of seven* Staff training and development* Supporting the development of the wine list* Achieving financial targets* Ensuring our principles and ethos are embedded across the team and operation We are a small team with a strong focus on humility, grace, warm hospitality and exceptional teamwork.
