We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential apartment building in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys managing operations, working closely with residents, and ensuring a high standard of service and maintenance across the building.
The role includes:
- Manage the daily running of the building, ensuring all areas are clean, safe and well maintained
- Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Oversee maintenance and repairs, coordinating contractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Carry out regular inspections, identifying and addressing any issues
- Manage service contracts and supplier relationships
- Monitor budgets and control operational costs
- Support lettings activity including viewings, move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety and relevant legislation
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
About you:
- Previous experience in property or building management within a residential environment
