Overview: Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Homes for Students for a Temporary Resident Services Assistant to join the Nottingham team. This is a customer-focused role, supporting the day-to-day operation of the property and ensuring residents receive an excellent level of service. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors whilst assisting with administrative duties and helping the site team maintain a welcoming and well-managed environment.
Key Duties Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house service to residents and visitors.
- Respond to resident enquiries in person, by telephone and via email.
- Assist with resident arrivals, departures and check-ins.
- Carry out room inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Support the preparation of bedrooms and communal areas.
- Assist with parcel handling and key management.
- Update property management systems and complete general administrative duties.
