This is a one-week assignment starting on Monday 27th July , assisting with end-of-tenancy maintenance and room preparation to ensure accommodation is ready for incoming residents. Key Duties Responsibilities Dismantling bed frames and other furniture as required. Refilling and making good damaged walls. Painting and completing decorative touch-ups. Carrying out general snagging and maintenance tasks. Preparing rooms and communal areas to a high standard. Working safely and efficiently whilst following site procedures. Assisting the on-site team with any additional maintenance duties as required. Skills Experience Previous maintenance, handyman or property maintenance experience. Confident using basic hand tools. Experience with painting and making good works would be advantageous....
