Maintenance Operative in London

The Role We’re recruiting a Temporary Maintenance Operative – 3 days a week to support a busy accommodation site in Ealing You’ll be the go-to person for general maintenance tasks, helping to keep the property safe, tidy and fully operational. Key Duties Carrying out day-to-day repairs and minor maintenance tasks Responding to maintenance tasks promptly and effectively Basic plumbing, electrical and joinery work (as appropriate to skillset) Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times Supporting site staff with setup or emergency works when needed About You Previous maintenance or handyman experience is essential Confident using basic tools and equipment Reliable, proactive and able to work independently Health & safety aware and customer focused Available for immediate start and happy to work full-time
