Location: Lincoln (multiple sites)

Contract: Temporary

Hours: 9.00am – 5.30pm, 3 days per week

Pay: £14.00 per hour + 55p per mile mileage allowance

The role involves supporting a portfolio of residential properties across Lincoln. This is a field-based role and a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle is essential. You will support the lettings and property management teams with:

  • Conducting property viewings for prospective tenants
  • Accessing properties using the electronic locking system
  • Collecting utility meter readings from properties
  • Meeting contractors, including Openreach engineers, to provide property access
  • Supporting sales and marketing activities to help maximise occupancy levels
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and prospective tenants
  • Assisting with property inspections and reporting
  • Liaising with maintenance teams and contractors regarding property issues
  • Supporting check-ins, check-outs and room inspections
  • Assisting with summer turnaround and end-of-tenancy activities
  • Building positive relationships with residents and supporting tenant retention initiatives

Skills and experience required:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Previous customer service, lettings, property or hospitality experience preferred
  • Confident communicating with residents, contractors and prospective tenants
  • Well organised and able to manage a varied workload across multiple locations
  • Reliable, professional and customer focused
  • Comfortable working independently and travelling between sites
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible approach and willingness to support operational requirements across the portfolio
