Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for an Assistant General Manager to join a busy student accommodation site in Glasgow on a maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in student accommodation, hospitality, residential lettings or customer service-led operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring residents receive an excellent experience while supporting occupancy, compliance and operational standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager with the daily operation of the accommodation site
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors and contractors
  • Assist with resident check-ins, check-outs and tenancy administration
  • Handle resident queries, complaints and maintenance requests professionally
  • Support occupancy and leasing activity including viewings and resident engagement
  • Monitor health & safety standards and ensure site compliance is maintained
