Our client, a thriving co-living provider in Ealing, is seeking a General Manager to lead their vibrant community, ensuring exceptional experiences for residents while managing the business effectively. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Experience & Community Building Serve as the face of the community, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.
