We are recruiting a Temporary Housekeeper to support a student accommodation property in London W2 on a 4-week temporary contract. The role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the building, helping to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment for residents and visitors. This is a fixed short-term assignment and applicants must be available to work all shifts outlined below.

Working hours & shift pattern

Approximately 20 hours per week across 3 days.

    Key duties & responsibilities

    • Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard
    • Carrying out planned and reactive cleaning across student accommodation buildings
    • Cleaning student kitchens, offices, communal areas and toilet facilities
    • Replenishing consumables and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
    • Supporting a safe, welcoming and professional environment for residents

    Skills & experience

    • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role
    • Experience working within a customer-focused environment
    • Reliable, punctual and able to meet agreed standards
    • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
    • Ability to undertake manual duties to a high standard
    • Willingness to complete training as required
