Overview

Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Resident Services Assistant to support a busy student accommodation site based in London, E2. This is a front facing role supporting residents, visitors and the onsite management team during a busy operational period. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with day to day administration and help maintain a welcoming environment across the property.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing front desk and reception support to residents and visitors
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and resident enquiries
  • Assisting with parcel management and resident check ins
  • Supporting the onsite team with administration duties
  • Monitoring communal areas and reporting maintenance issues where required
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting the smooth day to day operation of the accommodation site

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service, reception or resident services experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional and approachable manner
  • Good administration and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Experience within PBSA, hospitality, property or accommodation sectors would be advantageous
