We are recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of a Build-to-Rent portfolio in London. This role is responsible for delivering high operational standards, an excellent resident experience, and effective management of on-site teams and contractors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across the BTR scheme
  • Ensure consistently high customer service standards
  • Manage on-site teams including resident services and facilities
  • Oversee contractor performance and service level agreements
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
  • Support budget control and operational cost management
  • Handle escalated resident and operational issues
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Build-to-Rent, residential, or property operations
  • Strong people management and leadership capability
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial awareness with experience of operational reporting
  • Confident managing contractors and third-party suppliers
