Hours: 10 hours per week (flexible – ideally 2 x 5 hour days, 9.00am – 2.00pm or 10.00am – 3.00pm)

Rate: £13.50 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Maintenance Operative to support a residential site in Nottingham for an initial 4-week period. The role includes:

  • Carry out minor reactive maintenance tasks across the site
  • Support with basic painting and touch-up works
  • Assist with planned maintenance tasks, testing and checks
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Support the wider team with general maintenance duties

Skills & experience:

  • Previous maintenance or handyman experience
  • Basic knowledge of painting and general repairs
  • Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail and safety awareness
