Overview
Simon Lincoln Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a temporary Resident Services Assistant to support a busy student accommodation site based in London, E2. This is a front facing role supporting residents, visitors and the onsite management team during a busy operational period. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with day to day administration and help maintain a welcoming environment across the property.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing front desk and reception support to residents and visitors
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Managing incoming calls, emails and resident enquiries
- Assisting with parcel management and resident check ins
- Supporting the onsite team with administration duties
- Monitoring communal areas and reporting maintenance issues where required
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting the smooth day to day operation of the accommodation site
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service, reception or resident services experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and approachable manner
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Experience within PBSA, hospitality, property or accommodation sectors would be advantageous
