We are recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance of a Build-to-Rent portfolio in London. This role is responsible for delivering high operational standards, an excellent resident experience, and effective management of on-site teams and contractors.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across the BTR scheme
- Ensure consistently high customer service standards
- Manage on-site teams including resident services and facilities
- Oversee contractor performance and service level agreements
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements
- Support budget control and operational cost management
- Handle escalated resident and operational issues
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Build-to-Rent, residential, or property operations
- Strong people management and leadership capability
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness with experience of operational reporting
