NOTE: This is a Summer Contract requiring you to be available throughout the Summer up to and including Monday 28th September.

Salary: £13.40 per hour

Hours: 40 hours – Monday to Friday, will include approx. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday month (1 - 2 days off in week)

  • 08.00 – 16.30
  • 08.30 – 17.00
  • 09.00 – 17.30
  • 09.30 – 18.00
  • 10.00 – 18.30
  • 10.30 – 19.00
  • 11.00 – 19.30
  • 11.30 – 20.00

Weekend shifts are required typically one weekend per month but may increase during busy periods.

Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advisor to join a busy student accommodation sales team based in Fazakerley. This customer-focused role is responsible for managing enquiries, supporting prospective residents throughout the booking journey, and helping maximise occupancy through excellent service and lead conversion. The role operates on a 5-day working pattern, averaging one weekend per month on a rota basis. During peak sales and intake periods, additional weekend shifts may be required to support increased enquiry volumes and occupancy activity. When weekend shifts are worked, days off are provided during the week to maintain a 5-day working week.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage enquiries received via telephone, email, live chat, website and social media channels
  • Convert customer enquiries into property viewings and bookings
  • Follow up all leads and maintain regular communication with prospective residents
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable accommodation solutions
  • Accurately update internal systems and databases
  • Support occupancy targets through proactive sales activity
  • Liaise with on-site teams regarding local marketing and sales initiatives
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards at all times
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience within sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience handling enquiries across digital communication channels
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a target-driven environment
