Overview
We are recruiting for an Administrator to support a busy lettings and property management team based in Fazakerley. This office-based role plays a key part in managing rent collection processes, maintaining compliance records, and supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient resident experience.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Support rent collection processes and assist with debt management
- Upload and maintain compliance documentation including EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Certificates and statutory guides
- Assist the lettings team with enquiries, tenant progression and contract administration
- Maintain accurate system records, ensuring all communication and documentation is logged correctly
- Support the resolution of resident queries and complaints, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulations
- Provide general administrative support including reporting and data entry
- Liaise with property managers and maintenance teams to ensure compliance records are up to date
- Support move-in and move-out processes including inventories, safety checks and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Previous administrative experience within property, lettings, collections or a similar environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Confident communicator with the ability to handle resident queries professionally
- Experience using property management or CRM systems is advantageous
- Understanding of rent collection and arrears processes is beneficial
