We are looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Operative to support a student accommodation property in Leeds on a temporary basis.
This hands‑on role involves carrying out basic maintenance, painting and cleaning duties to help ensure rooms and communal areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out minor painting and touch‑up work.
- Clean carpets using a Rug Doctor machine and appropriate cleaning chemicals.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks within student rooms, including repairing drawers and shower doors.
- Clean and maintain communal kitchen areas to a high standard.
- Report any maintenance issues that require further attention.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a maintenance or caretaking role.
