As Head of Revenue, you will lead the revenue, pricing and occupancy strategy across a London portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Build-to-Rent (BTR) and Co-living assets. This is a senior commercial role focused on driving leasing velocity, maximising income and delivering market-leading occupancy performance across the region. You will bring strong expertise across the student accommodation and PRS sectors, supported by a deep understanding of London-specific market dynamics, including the London Plan, affordability requirements and key demand drivers. Using data-led insight, you will shape revenue strategy across multiple asset classes and micro-locations.

Working closely with onsite teams, marketing, operations and senior leadership, you will lead revenue teams, deliver strategic sales initiatives and build partnerships that maximise demand and long-term revenue performance.

Key duties & responsibilities

  • Leadership & team management
    • Lead and develop aligned Revenue Managers across the London portfolio
    • Drive KPI performance, accountability and ownership through supportive leadership
    • Work closely with operational teams to ensure full alignment between leasing, revenue and onsite delivery
  • Revenue & occupancy strategy
    • Own occupancy and revenue performance across all PBSA, BTR and Co-living schemes
    • Monitor sales metrics, demographic trends and conversion throughout the leasing cycle
    • Develop outreach strategies with universities, education partners and corporate organisations
    • Support new scheme mobilisation and lease-up with pricing strategy, market insight and competitive analysis
    • Oversee the development and delivery of affordable housing plans where required
  • Client & stakeholder management
    • Manage key client relationships and act as escalation point for sales and revenue matters
    • Lead revenue reporting and performance updates at client meetings
    • Support business development activity at tender and onboarding stage
  • Market knowledge & insight
    • Use internal and external data to provide London-focused market intelligence
    • Produce regular performance and market insight updates across student and PRS micro-locations
    • Maintain strong awareness of competitor activity, legislation and demand drivers
    • Attend relevant sector events to strengthen insight and relationships

Location: London (full-time, office-based with national travel)
