Overview
Act as the on-site presence for a brand-new student accommodation development in Glasgow, representing the client’s brand and supporting leasing activity, engagement and resident experience from launch onwards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Secure bookings through property viewings, enquiries, open days and promotional events
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service to prospective and current residents
- Manage and create engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Track enquiries and leads, update CRM systems and report on performance and conversion
- Maintain presentation standards across the property for tours, events and marketing activity
- Support resident engagement through tours, events and digital interaction
Skills & Experience
- Customer-service and sales-focused with a confident, engaging approach
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Comfortable delivering property tours, live streams and hosting events
- Confident using social media platforms in a professional environment
- Positive, proactive and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a sales or customer-facing role
- Strong customer interaction and relationship-building skills
- Confident using social media platforms for engagement and promotion
- Desirable: experience in event planning, marketing or the student accommodation sector
