We are recruiting a Customer Service & Property Support Assistant to support a Purpose‑Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme in London on a 10‑week temporary contract. The role focuses on delivering an excellent student experience through customer service, events support, viewings and administrative assistance.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide consistently high levels of customer service, acting as a role model at all times.
- Respond to enquiries from students and visitors via email, website, telephone and face to face.
- Assist with open days and carry out property viewings.
- Support the set‑up and delivery of resident events and engagement activities.
- Log and assist with resolving complaints in line with procedures, supporting service improvement.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and provide guidance to visitors and contractors.
- Respond professionally to emergencies during and outside normal working hours when required.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a small on‑site team.
- Encourage student involvement to help shape services and enhance the overall resident experience.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in customer service, reception, front of house or residential environments.
- Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working on your own initiative within a team environment.
- Interest in student accommodation or PBSA desirable.
Contract Details
- 10‑week temporary contract.
- Monday to Friday (4 days).
- 24 hours per week.
- Location: London - N19.
- Salary: £13.50 per hour.
