This role supports the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of student accommodation buildings in London W2. You will carry out planned and reactive cleaning duties across the property, playing a key role in maintaining high hygiene standards and supporting the summer turnaround period as one group of students departs and the next arrives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive cleaning across student accommodation buildings
- Clean student kitchen areas, offices, communal spaces and toilet facilities
- Replenish consumables and maintain hygiene standards at all times
- Support summer turnaround operations, preparing rooms and communal areas for new arrivals
- Work efficiently to meet daily targets and operational deadlines
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar cleaning or customer-focused role
- Ability to contribute to targets and consistently deliver high standards
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Reliable team player with a flexible approach to duties and colleagues
- Physically able to undertake manual work to a high standard
- Willingness to undertake training to support operational requirements and personal development
