This role supports the day-to-day cleanliness and presentation of student accommodation buildings in London W2. You will carry out planned and reactive cleaning duties across the property, playing a key role in maintaining high hygiene standards and supporting the summer turnaround period as one group of students departs and the next arrives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned and reactive cleaning across student accommodation buildings
  • Clean student kitchen areas, offices, communal spaces and toilet facilities
  • Replenish consumables and maintain hygiene standards at all times
  • Support summer turnaround operations, preparing rooms and communal areas for new arrivals
  • Work efficiently to meet daily targets and operational deadlines
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar cleaning or customer-focused role
  • Ability to contribute to targets and consistently deliver high standards
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Reliable team player with a flexible approach to duties and colleagues
  • Physically able to undertake manual work to a high standard
  • Willingness to undertake training to support operational requirements and personal development
