How You Will Create An Impact

  • Website strategy & roadmap: Translate business needs and technical requirements into robust, scalable solutions. Contribute to platform enhancements, innovation initiatives, and reduction of technical debt, while continuously improving website performance, quality, and scalability.
  • User experience: Implement website updates and build pages in line with UX/UI designs, content structures, and WCAG accessibility standards. Enhance templates and components to ensure consistency, usability, and performance. Conduct thorough quality checks across pages, codebases, and user journeys.
  • Platforms, systems & technology: Develop and maintain custom modules, components, and integrations to extend website functionality. Optimize Drupal CMS configurations, site architecture, and multilingual capabilities. Proactively diagnose and resolve bugs, defects, and performance issues. Support the integration of analytics and martech tools, and contribute to testing, monitoring, and documentation to ensure system stability and maintainability.
  • Content strategy & SEO governance: Collaborate with content teams to deliver technical solutions that support content strategy, SEO, and discoverability. Implement and refine technical SEO foundations and content architecture (e.g. templates, metadata, indexing), including solutions for multilingual content and localization.
  • Security, privacy & governance: Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations. Embed privacy, accessibility, and governance standards into all technical solutions.
  • Data, analytics & performance: Implement and maintain analytics and tracking to enable accurate data collection. Continuously optimize site speed, technical performance, and SEO foundations to support user experience and conversion goals. Enable experimentation and optimization through reliable technical implementation.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management: Work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders – including UX/UI, marketing, content, and product teams – to deliver high‑quality solutions. Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical reviews, and communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders. Manage development timelines, SLAs, and delivery, and collaborate with external partners where needed.

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of Drupal programming experience (ideally using paragraphs).
  • Up to date with the latest web technologies, industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Experience with integrating open‑source and third‑party applications into existing systems.
  • Experience with using Git with development and Lando.
  • Programming skills in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Twig.
  • Experience working with global and multilingual websites and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Analytical, structured thinker with strong decision‑making and critical thinking skills; able to process complex information with a creative, continuous‑improvement mindset.
  • Highly reliable, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven; strong self‑management, adaptability, and resilience.
  • Collaborative and stakeholder‑oriented: clear communicator, confident in presenting technical solutions.
  • Comfortable using digital marketing tools and conducting data analysis, with an understanding of data protection, compliance, and project management principles.
