Managers – UK Location: London, United Kingdom How you will create impact: Be involved in all phases of project work, from onboarding to final presentation, once familiar with our methodology. Engage with clients from the first contact, contribute ideas to our approach, and participate in implementation in some cases. Balance challenging projects with developing your tools, expertise, and deep knowledge. Manage project teams and client relationships under guidance from Partners and Directors. Contribute to business development activities, including creating content and assisting in client acquisition and retention. Your profile: 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting or a project-focused industry role with a focus on growth strategy. Comfort discussing revenue management, analytics, and leading related projects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate effectively. Passion for commercial issues. Strong project management skills and motivation to build high-performing teams, coaching less experienced colleagues. Desire to work in a fast-paced, commercially agile environment with the ability to meet tight deadlines. We value diverse backgrounds. Consulting experience is preferred, but industry professionals with core expertise in Pricing, Strategy, or Revenue Growth Management are also encouraged to apply, demonstrating their ability to work effectively in a project-oriented structure.
