We are now looking for a Senior Manager or Director with strong Financial Services consulting experience to join our growing UK Financial Services team.
How you will create impact:
- As Senior Manager or Director, you will be leading our consulting projects in this specialist area.
- Alongside project delivery, you will have the opportunity to be involved in business development activities, working alongside sector colleagues.
- Once fully on-boarded, you will be managing one to two project teams and handling client relationships under the guidance of Partners and/or Senior Directors.
- You will be creating content and assisting in client acquisition and retention, to help continue the growth of our FS practice across FinTech and Payments.
- You will be sharing your specialist knowledge with our early career hires, developing them as professionals and supporting them to develop FS sector exposure and knowledge.
Your profile:
- Substantial work experience in consulting or in-house product/commercial strategy roles in Payments and/or FinTech.
- 3+ years of leading and managing teams alongside senior stakeholder relationships, including cultivating trusted client relationships.
- Experience in managing more consulting projects concurrently.
- Proven track record of assisting impactful business development activities.
- Exceptional project management skills and motivation to build and support high performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial, curious and with a commitment to delivering for clients.
- Outstanding communication skills, able to take complex ideas and make them simple and compelling.
- A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment.
- Strong interest and experience in commercially focused growth topics.
- Ability to develop and deliver new thought leadership in collaboration with peers in the Financial Services practice.
