We’re looking for an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to join our Life Sciences practice, supporting clients to develop and execute commercial excellence strategies that deliver sustainable growth. Simon-Kucher has led the way in the healthcare industry for over 40 years, helping pharmaceutical, medical technology and consumer healthcare companies identify, enhance, and realize the true value of their offers.

How You Will Create Impact

You will lead consulting projects spanning global pricing, reimbursement and commercialization strategy, with subject matter expertise on HTA evaluation. You are passionate about critical topics shaping pricing and reimbursement through the lifecycle of a pharmaceutical asset, such as early development decisions, evidence strategy, value proposition and lifecycle management. You will independently tackle complex issues, crafting and presenting solutions and recommendations for clients together with your project teams.

Alongside project delivery, you will actively drive business development activities, working closely with Partners to support proposal development, pitches, and marketing initiatives (e.g. creation of thought leadership content), contributing to the continued growth of our project and client base. You will share your expertise with junior team members, coaching and mentoring them to develop strong analytical, commercial, and client‑facing skills.

Your Profile

Significant experience in strategy or management consulting with hands on project management and delivery. Strong analytical capabilities, with experience synthesizing complex quantitative and qualitative information into clear client recommendations. Excellent client‑facing skills, with experience leading stakeholder engagements across different organizational functions. In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare systems, payer and policy landscapes, global pricing and market access drivers and trends, and payer evidence requirements in clinical trials and through real world evidence. Experience across a broad range of different therapeutic areas and pharmaceutical products through their development and commercialization lifecycle.
