We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to help grow our Global Talent and Career Management (TCM) team. Together with the Global Director Talent & Career Management, the role will help successfully implement the talent management strategy in support of our fast‑paced strategic growth plan. Talent Management covers the cyclical Performance Review Process, as well as the overall development and career planning, and interfaces primarily with the HR Policies, Rewards & Benefits and Learning and Skills Development departments.
How You Will Create Impact
- Collaboration with senior stakeholders: Work closely with the Global Director Talent & Career Management to drive talent strategy and support organizational initiatives, and partner with senior stakeholders in the Business and Central Functions to understand priorities and guide the creation of integrated structures (e.g., aligned performance, staffing, and development processes, clear career frameworks, and feedback loops) that drive a best‑in‑class people experience and a high‑performing culture.
- Partner with local HR: Operate high‑impact talent management practices such as all aspects of the formal talent review cycle, and the performance management processes for Consultants and Central Functions; this includes managing the overall timeline, preparing all necessary documentation, facilitating performance assessment and calibration meetings, and closing out the process.
- Act as the TCM liaison: In the local market, consult internal stakeholders in the business on talent strategy solutions and best practices.
- Training and development: Design and develop modern career paths for Consultants and Central Functions, deliver local and global training on performance management and development processes (including tools), and broader talent management topics, to ensure consistent and high‑quality execution across the firm. Implement programs that promote employee career and professional development and increase the overall effectiveness of individual roles and responsibilities.
- Team partnership and improvement: Partner closely with the Global Learning and Skills Development team to assess skills‑based learning needs and develop content to fill potential gaps. Continuously improve our talent programs that drive measurable results and onboard new team members as the Global Talent Management team grows.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HRM, or Organizational Psychology (advanced degree a plus)
- Significant experience in Talent Management within a complex global matrix, ideally in consulting or professional services
- Strong experience driving performance review processes and implementing operational processes
- Proficiency with performance management tools and systems
- Strong organizational, planning, and self‑management skills with a focus on execution
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative working style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels, including with external vendors
- Experience working with other HR teams (e.g., Rewards, Learning, Staffing, Finance) and business functions
- Proven project management skills and experience presenting to senior stakeholders
