We’re hiring a Global Senior Campaign Manager focused on the Consumer and Financial Services sectors. You’ll work closely with the global sector marketing team, sector leaders, consultants, and colleagues across marketing to deliver campaigns that strengthen our reputation and support client engagement. In addition to your own sector campaigns, you will also provide guidance and oversight to campaign activity across sectors. Building on strong foundations, this role will continue to deliver impactful campaigns and help shape the next chapter of our sector growth story.
How you will create impact:
- Partner with sector leaders and the Global Head of Campaigns to plan and deliver campaigns that build reputation, relationships, and revenue.
- Take ownership of campaign delivery end-to-end – from planning to hands-on execution of tactics, content activation, and reporting.
- Design and execute multi-channel, multi-market campaigns that reach clients at every stage of the buyer journey.
- Translate complex sector topics into compelling commercial narratives/thought leadership.
- Mobilise internal networks to activate campaigns with consultants and sector teams, ensuring alignment to growth priorities.
- Collaborate with regional colleagues to adapt and repurpose content for maximum reach and impact.
- Use performance insights and data to adapt and optimise campaigns for ROI and sector relevance.
- Build trust with senior stakeholders through strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to advise confidently.
- Provide oversight and collaboration across other sector campaign areas, and knowledge-sharing across the global campaign portfolio.
- Provide strategic guidance, mentor junior colleagues, and act as a trusted advisor to sector leadership.
Your profile:
- Proven experience running campaigns in a professional services environment, consumer or financial services knowledge and experience preferred.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of pricing, marketing and digital topics.
- A track record of delivering measurable campaign outcomes.
- Strong project management and execution skills – equally confident rolling up your sleeves and keeping strategic oversight.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with confidence engaging directly with senior partners.
- Knowledge of the media and channel landscape within Consumer and Financial Services, with the ability to select the right formats for impact.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics and dashboards to inform decisions.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Pragmatic, collaborative, and agile, with the ability to adapt and innovate as campaigns evolve.
