We are now looking for Internship candidates who are interested in learning more about a career in commercial strategy consulting. We will be hosting placements in mid-September 2026.

What you bring:

  • This opportunity is aimed at students who have already graduated and are looking for a full-time role upon the completion of their Internship.
  • Strong academic background, including degree level study – 2:1 or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High percentile numerical, deductive and inductive reasoning skills.
  • A strong desire to work in a fast paced commercially agile environment.
  • Strong interest in commercial strategy.
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and a belief that you can achieve the best results.

We offer internships to candidates from a variety of undergraduate subject backgrounds – what you bring with you enables you to thrive and helps us to continue to grow. Exposure to consulting within a student society is not required, but you will need to evidence your interest in commercial strategy clearly in your application.

In order to prepare for the video application segment, we encourage you to research Simon-Kucher, reflect on your experiences, motivations and commercial curiosity, and be prepared to discuss these in your responses. You’ll have up to two minutes to answer each question, with up to three retakes if you wish to re‑record your response. You’ll have up to six minutes in total per question to complete your recording, including any retakes. Before starting, please ensure you have a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and a device with a working camera and microphone. The platform will guide you through each step of the assessment.

If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an initial virtual interview with a member of our recruitment team. Successful candidates will then be progressed to a final‑round, in‑person case study interview, which will take place at the end of August.
