The Global DEI Coordinator supports the design, coordination, and delivery of DEI initiatives across the business. This role involves coordinating Employee Resource Group (ERG) programmes, providing administrative and project support, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote inclusion and belonging throughout the organisation. Responsibilities- Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Partner with our ERG leads to support annual planning and implementation of initiatives that strengthen inclusion and belonging. You will coordinate global ERG activities, facilitate regular connection and cross-group sessions, share best practices, and provide operational and administrative support to ERG leads, helping to build community internally.
- Operations And Project Support: Support the implementation and continuous evolution of our global DEI framework, track budgets and project progress, and maintain documentation and project trackers, as well as prepare materials for meetings and reports. Collaboration with HR teams and other stakeholders will be central to ensuring effective coordination and delivery of initiatives.
- Communications And Engagement: Support DEI-related communications by creating and coordinating intranet articles, newsletters, and updates on DEI and Culture & Belonging initiatives. You will help maintain DEI and ERG intranet pages and collaboration channels, working closely with internal and external communications teams to support ongoing engagement and awareness initiatives across the organization.
- Data, Reporting And Research: Coordinate DEI data collection and reporting, conduct benchmarking and research, and help analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps that inform future DEI priorities.
- Events And Programmes: Organize global and regional DEI events, sessions, and campaigns from planning through delivery, working closely with ERGs and the Communications team, and support the collection and evaluation of feedback to continuously improve DEI initiatives.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in or contributing to DEI programmes or HR projects, ideally within a global or matrix organisation.
- Strong coordination, organisation, and project management skills.
- Experience supporting cross-regional projects, events, or communications.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable analysing and managing data to generate insights and reporting.
- Interest in using AI tools and technology to enhance DEI and HR processes.
- Collaborative, inclusive, and diplomatic, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or deadlines.
