  • Post vacancies, maintain candidate records, track activity and report progress via our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Manage recruitment enquiries, referrals and LinkedIn activity.
  • Contribute to active LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, under the guidance of the Recruitment Manager.
  • Administer online and in-person testing where required.
  • Analyse recruitment data and prepare reports to support decision-making.

  • A proactive, flexible approach and an interest in working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels as well as external contacts.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence working independently within agreed scope, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality when working in HR.
  • Reliability, professionalism and strong time management.

What we offer:

  • Work within a corporate culture defined by our entrepreneurial spirit, openness, and integrity.
  • Broaden your perspective with our extensive training curriculum and learning opportunities.
  • Push your development with support from our holistic feedback and development processes.
