We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our London HR team, working closely with our Recruitment Manager to support recruitment across our growing UK business. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will help to bring talented people into the organisation and contribute to their first experiences of Simon-Kucher.
How you will create impact:
- Contribute to meeting our UK hiring needs, ensuring a high-quality, friendly and efficient candidate experience.
- Support and coordinate recruitment campaigns across a wide range of roles, from internships and entry-level consulting roles through to experienced hires and business support functions, using the right recruitment and selection processes for the specific need.
- Develop a particular focus on delivering our intern recruitment campaigns and assessment days, including off-cycle and summer internship programmes, from planning through to offer stage.
- Support delivery of events (around 3-4 per year), both in person and online, to build a diverse pipeline of exceptional early-career talent with a strong interest in strategy consulting.
- Post vacancies, maintain candidate records, track activity and report progress via our Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage recruitment enquiries, referrals and LinkedIn activity.
- Contribute to active LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing, under the guidance of the Recruitment Manager.
- Administer online and in-person testing where required.
- Analyse recruitment data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Contribute to wider UK HR projects and activities where needed.
- Build strong working relationships across the Global HR community and contribute to a supportive, collaborative HR network within Simon-Kucher.
Your profile:
- 6-12+ months’ previous experience in an administrative role, ideally with exposure to recruitment tasks in a corporate environment.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities effectively and keeping relevant stakeholders updated.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, flexible approach and an interest in working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels as well as external contacts.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Confidence working independently within agreed scope, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- A clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality when working in HR.
- Reliability, professionalism and strong time management.
