How you will create impact
- Partner Hiring Strategy: In close collaboration with company leadership, develop and drive the global strategy for Partner hiring, ensuring a consistent, high-quality, and forward-looking approach.
- End-to-End Partner Hiring Management: Lead and streamline the full partner recruitment cycle, working alongside in-country contacts, including agency and headhunter management, process coordination, and reporting to company leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Involve and align with stakeholders across functions and geographies related to all partner HR processes and matters, including Partners, Division Leaders, CEOs, in-country HR, Legal, Finance and the Board.
- Onboarding: Manage and monitor the onboarding process of new Partners, ensuring their smooth integration into the partnership.
- Separations & Offboarding: Manage Partner separations, ensuring compliance with policies and a structured offboarding process.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage Partner salaries, including bonus calculations and communication.
- Shareholder Processes: Continuously improve and provide operational support for Partner election, confirmation and exit processes.
- Reporting: Further develop Partner HR dashboard and reports for the business leaders and the Board.
- Team & Process Development: Co-lead and further develop the global Partner HR team and develop/optimize Partner HR processes across the organization.
Your profile
- Significant experience as HR Business Partner, including Talent Acquisition and development in an international business environment.
- Experience gained in a leading professional service firm (consulting, executive search, law, private equity, or similar) and in a global matrix organization.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (SAP Success Factors or similar) and digital collaboration tools; AI awareness and advanced data analysis skills for data management are crucial.
- Proven experience of working confidently with very senior executives, delivering professional HR support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to enable development of a high-performing HR team through a clear strategic direction, ensuring role clarity, and fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and collaboration.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a service-oriented mindset: proactive, responsive, and solutions-driven.
- Adaptable and agile, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving and hybrid/virtual environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex requests independently.
