Collaboration with HR teams and other stakeholders will be central to ensuring effective coordination and delivery of initiatives.
  • Communications and Engagement: Support DEI-related communications by creating and coordinating intranet articles, newsletters, and updates on DEI and Culture & Belonging initiatives. You will help maintain DEI and ERG intranet pages and collaboration channels, working closely with internal and external communications teams to support ongoing engagement and awareness initiatives across the organization.
  • Data, Reporting and Research: Coordinate DEI data collection and reporting, conduct benchmarking and research, and help analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps that inform future DEI priorities.
