The Role: You'll be working as a Java Software Engineer on an initial 12-month contract in either Bournemouth or Glasgow on a hybrid basis.

The Client: You'll be working with a banking client who is a leader in investment banking and financial services.

What your day consists of:

  • Creating software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Developing secure high-quality production code.
  • Reviews and debugging code written by others.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA.
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • SQL/relational data models with experience in Cassandra, Cockroach and noSQL structure a plus.

The Contract: Java Software Engineer £400pd Inside IR35 status 12 months Bournemouth OR Glasgow.
