Technology Contracts Manager

We’re looking for a Technology Contracts Manager for a project in Canary Wharf, the role is initially a 3 month contract working on drafting, negotiating, and managing technology related contracts for software, hardware and IT service Agreements.

You’ll need experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of UK law, licensing agreements and requirements. Extensive experience negotiating contract terms, monitoring performance and SLA agreements, and strong communications skills, as you’ll be working with internal teams, stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and execution of technology-related contracts, including software, hardware, and IT services agreements.
  • Review and negotiate terms to ensure alignment with technical and business objectives.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise with legal, IT, and procurement teams to ensure seamless contract execution.

Required Skills:

  • Deep understanding of technology contracts and licensing agreements.
  • Proficiency in IT procurement and vendor management.
  • Strong project management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into contractual terms.

This is an onsite role (5 days pw) in Canary Wharf, 3 months initial duration but can extend and will be working with a well-known mobile telecommunications organisation, so industry experience would be beneficial.

We're also looking for a Procurement Contracts Specialist for the sawm projectworking on drafting, negotiating, and managing procurement contracts with suppliers and vendors.

You’ll need experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of compliance policies and UK legal requirements. Experience optimising contract terms to achieve cost efficiency and mitigate risks. And strong communications skills, as you’ll be working with internal stakeholders and vendors.
