We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Campaign Deployment Manager for a high-profile, 12-month client engagement based fully onsite at our Fenchurch Street office. This is a fast-paced, hands-on execution and client-facing delivery role. You will combine deep SFMC technical expertise (AMPscript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio) with the stakeholder management skills required to land high-volume, personalized email campaigns for a major enterprise client.

Key Deliverables

  • Execution & Deployment: Build, QA, and deploy complex, multi-step customer journeys and email campaigns within SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
  • Advanced Personalisation: Write and optimize AMPscript, manage data extensions, and use SQL for advanced segmentation and dynamic content delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the onsite technical point of contact, translating business requirements into scalable campaign journeys directly with client stakeholders.
  • Governance & QA: Maintain strict campaign governance, data compliance, and deliverability standards across all deployments.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Contract Experience: A track record of hitting the ground running in fast-paced enterprise environments.
  • Deep SFMC Technical Toolkit: Hands-on mastery of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder.
  • Code & Data Proficiency: Solid, practical knowledge of AMPscript and SQL for audience segmentation and personalisation.
  • Client-Facing Confidence: Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and push back professionally on senior stakeholders on site.
  • Location Commutability: Absolute willingness to work 5 days a week onsite in Fenchurch Street for the duration of the contract.
  • SFMC Certifications (Email Specialist / Consultant) are highly desirable.
