We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to support a complex, high‑performance technology environment. You will work across Windows, Linux, networking, and cloud‑based systems, with a strong focus on server engineering, system analysis, and IoT device ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and support diverse technical environments, including APIs, SaaS applications, SAML/OIDC, device configuration, and hardware management.
- Produce high‑quality documentation and communicate technical information clearly to stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with multiple internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Lead or support deployments, migrations, and testing of IoT devices and associated infrastructure.
- Provide L2 and L3 technical support within established IT frameworks.
- Contribute to security best practices across encryption, authentication, and authorisation protocols.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies in IoT, cloud computing, and cybersecurity to support ongoing innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with IoT device configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, load balancers, and proxy servers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within hybrid teams, with adaptability in fast‑paced environments.
