What You’ll Do
- Serve as the consumption lead for Copilot Chat and 1P Agents in defined accounts.
- Land intent and illustrate value for Copilot Chat and 1P Agents.
- Generate pipeline and drive incremental monthly active users (MAU).
- Orchestrate across CSAM/CSA (unified agreements) and Partner/FT (non-unified agreements) for deeper technical requirements.
- Deliver compelling Copilot Chat pitches and demos and 1P Agent presentations for licensed and unlicensed users.
- Align internal and partner resources to accelerate deployment and adoption.
- Surface key insights, challenges, and blockers to stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of AI-driven productivity tools and their business impact.
- Experience in solution discovery with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and Technical Decision Makers (TDMs).
- Ability to leverage propensity mapping and customer insights for account planning.
- Proven track record in pipeline generation and driving product adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering impactful demos.
- Collaboration skills to orchestrate across internal teams and partners.
- Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem and programs like MSXi, LXP, and ACM resources.
