We’re working with a Big Four Tech giant who are looking for multiple Project Managers/Engineering managers with experience in the Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering to oversee multiple projects across their UK and Ireland sites. The role will involve travel to these sites to validate approve and oversee the deployment of engineering solutions including Matrix, ADTFs, ADTAs, ASLs, Tippers, and retrofits.

• AutoCAD – able to read and update drawings
• MS Project, MS Excel
• Experience within vendor management, materials and logistics and installation
• Project management, documentation and reporting experience.

Project planning

• Field verification of drawings and identifying interferences with existing/new equipment
• Raise MCMs for different project phases, and address concerns, if any, from different approver groups, prior to start of works onsite.

Project execution

• Set-up and manage daily calls with vendors, Ops, WHS and RME
• Provide daily report summary
• Site visits to verify project progress and gather stakeholder/customer feedback and proactively address any concerns
• Manage ordered materials (signage, racking, SBL), inventory and identify gaps.
• Coordinate with Ops to transport materials including labour for the material movement and install.
• Coordinate with IT for IDF related process
• Validate cable installation and functionality with IT.
• Supporting onsite during site acceptance tests

Project closure

• Documentation validation and storage

The roles will be based across the UK and the successful applicants will be expected to be onsite for the projects, Mon-Fri. Two of the roles are more controls/electrical engineering focussed and two will be Mechanical engineering. Experience with Conveyers or within and logistics environment will be essential
