We are hiring two Product Business Analysts to enhance collaboration across our organization using Microsoft 365 tools. If you’re passionate about driving productivity and user adoption through smart tech solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories for SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform.
  • Collaborate with IT and business units to deliver solutions that boost efficiency.
  • Design and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI for process automation and analytics.
  • Conduct gap analyses and propose improvements.
  • Lead training and support for SharePoint sites, Teams Channels, and Power Platform tools.
  • Manage product backlogs and assist in release planning.
  • Champion governance and best practices around data security, access control, and content management.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and recommend new features.
