Simon Community Scotland is seeking a dedicated Community Connector / Support Worker to engage with people experiencing homelessness and trauma. You will help individuals access housing, benefits, health services and community resources while adopting a harm-reduction approach and Naloxone awareness where needed.
You will work with the North Lanarkshire Outreach Team, linking clients to local courses and groups, and supporting their journey toward safe housing and lasting independence.
