Simon Brien has an exciting opportunity for a New Homes Consultant to join our team.

This is a permanent position based in our Lisburn Road Office.

The company operates across private residential and new homes sales, premier homes and country estates, as well as land sales and consultancy.

Services also include lettings, property management, mortgages and financial services.

In addition, Simon Brien is the exclusive associate of Knight Frank in Northern Ireland, giving clients access to a global network of over 600 offices across more than 50 markets and providing exceptional international reach for those selling premium and luxury homes.

  • Contribute to the overall New Homes’ sales targets and business goals by dedicating your activities to the sales process throughout.
  • Responsible for the efficient, smooth running and compliance of the sales process from launch through to completion for the assigned New Homes schemes.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales process - bringing transactions through from booking to contract signing to the closure of the sale.
  • Follow through on correspondence and maintain regular contact with buyers and solicitors to ensure they are always up-to-date and contracts get signed.
  • Ensure that all New Homes property schemes sales you are responsible for are on the system and up-to-date in relation to progress.
  • Filing and general compliance – signed terms & conditions, anti-money laundering documentation, all company policies, etc.

Ensure files are continually maintained and up-to-date so that the rest of the team can access easily if required.

  • Make sure all New Homes correspondence is accurate and appropriate and applicant database is held confidentially and is up-to-date.
  • Keep buyers on our database informed of our new scheme launches that meet their criteria.
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective purchasers.
  • Ensure that there are sufficient part time viewers available and that they are adequately equipped to support your scheme launches, where appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities for referring business to other branches or Group companies, g.

Lettings & Property Management, sharing information that can increase business opportunities.

  • Support the New Homes team in the day-to-day running of the department.
  • Demonstrate the Company Values with the New Homes team and throughout all your dealings with internal colleagues.
  • Respond with complaints in an effective manner and take on board any learnings from the complaints.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in the New Homes Development Sector. Candidates with experience in Resales will also be considered.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in pricing and documentation.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy office environment, demonstrating initiative and a proactive mindset.
  • A clean and valid UK driving license is essential for site visits and client meetings.
