About the Job
A internationally based practice are seeking an Architectural Technologists / Technician to join their London, UK studio. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit and have a strong technical skills. The role involves working as part of a team, assisting in the development of design proposals, and preparing detailed drawings and documentation from post planning / RIBA stages 3 β 5.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Architecture Studio working on high-end residential mixed-use schemes across London. With key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the projects, this role will push your career to the next level where your ideas are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a difference.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Assisting the Associate Director with the production of high-quality detailed design and technical drawings, ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant
- Primarily working in Stages 3 β 5 with experience on producing and delivering technical documentation for Tender & Construction
- Working with clients and collaborating with consultants across all project stages
- Updating and managing the Revit model regularly and coordination of consultant services drawings and models
- Minute taking & site reports
- Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
- Liaise with contractor and response to site queries
- Review / comment on specialist contractor drawings
Required Skills and Experience
- CIAT registered with 3 years practice experience
- Proficiency in Revit is essential and other relevant design tools
- A strong understanding and knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
- Experience in UK residential projects is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A keen eye for detail and design, with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience working in an architectural practice is desirable
- The right to live and work in the UK
