Simon & Schuster UK is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to draft and negotiate a wide range of publishing contracts across adult and children’s divisions. You will advise on rights acquisitions, work with authors, agents and publishers, and support Editorial teams to negotiate terms and answer queries throughout the contract lifecycle.

You will be highly organised, commercially-minded and able to maintain high-quality standards, with excellent verbal and written communication.
