Focus Services and Technologies Limited is a steel fabrication and manufacturing business that turns customer briefs, CAD files and drawings into buildable metalwork and workshop-ready projects.

The Mission: You’ll own the commercial and technical side of every quote — from first brief to signed order. Turn drawings into accurate, profitable offers, recommend materials, finishes and structural tweaks, and work directly with the Managing Director to shape how we win work and grow the company.

The Daily Grind: Convert briefs, CAD files and drawings into detailed, buildable quotes that factor materials, labour, compliance and lead times. Liaise with the shop floor to check practicality, follow up on quotes, answer client queries and build long-term trust. Help shape case studies and attend events to showcase our technical capabilities and expand our reach.

The Reality: You must have hands-on experience making things from steel or similar materials and be able to read a drawing at a glance. You’re commercially sharp, proactive and take pride in owning outcomes — moving fast, staying close to the detail and delivering profitable, deliverable work in a high-autonomy, visible role.

The Blueprint: Your Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end sales pipeline and client relationships: Work directly with the Managing Director to grow the company and shape its future.
  • Project Quoting: Turn customer briefs, CAD files and drawings into accurate, commercial quotes that factor in materials, labour, compliance and lead times.
  • Technical Advisory: Recommend materials, finishes and structural tweaks so everything quoted can be built safely and profitably.
  • Production Liaison: Work closely with the shop floor to ensure what’s promised is practical and deliverable.
  • Client Relationship, Marketing & Industry Representation: Own follow-up on quotes, client conversations and long-term relationships while helping shape case studies, campaigns and event strategies.

The Payoff: This is your chance to own the entire sales pipeline and client relationships, working directly with the Managing Director to grow and shape the business — turning drawings and quotes into profitable, buildable projects you’ll see come to life on the shop floor.

The Simon & Dean Limited DNA (Our Non-Negotiables)

  • Ownership: You own quotes, decisions and delivery — the projects you scope become reality and reflect your judgment.
  • Pride: You only put your name to work that’s accurately quoted, well built and something you’d be proud to see on the shop floor.
  • Honest: You communicate clearly with colleagues and customers—calling out risks, asking the right questions and building trust that wins repeat business.
  • Efficient: You work smart with practical fabrication instincts, delivering accurate, buildable quotes while keeping materials, labour and lead times under control.

Final Comments: Own the entire sales pipeline and client relationships, work side-by-side with the Managing Director to shape and grow the business, and see the deals you win become real steel on the shop floor.
