Our client, a well-established and highly successful business within the home improvement sector, is looking to appoint an experienced Telesales Manager to lead and develop their Birmingham-based telesales team. You will be responsible for managing a team dedicated to converting high-quality enquiries into appointments for a nationwide field sales team, while continuously improving processes, quality and overall performance. The Role: As Telesales Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of a team of six telesales executives, ensuring they consistently deliver outstanding customer interactions while achieving ambitious appointment and conversion targets. You will be responsible for developing your team, monitoring performance, introducing new initiatives and ensuring every opportunity is handled professionally and effectively.
