About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing team in one of the company’s busiest and most successful showrooms. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who can deliver results, set high standards, and bring out the best in others. The ideal candidate will be commercially focused, people-oriented, and able to maintain the highest levels of customer service while supporting a relatively new team. You will have the autonomy to shape the showroom's culture and performance while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the showroom
- Inspire, train, and support the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and maintain high showroom standards and presentation
- Take ownership of performance management and team development
- Work closely with Head Office and senior leadership on business priorities and initiatives
- Ensure smooth customer journeys from consultation through to aftercare
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and regular performance feedback for team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong retail management experience, preferably in interiors, furniture, or a design-led environment
- A natural leader with excellent communication and people management skills
- Passionate about interiors and committed to delivering exceptional service
- Confident in driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Willing to work across a flexible rota including weekends
